What makes it a platform
Five principles that guide our product decisions. They explain why A3 is built the way it is.
Single sign-on
An employee is added once in A3 ID and gets access to every product. Permissions, roles and organizations aren't duplicated across systems.
Legal validity
Our own certificate authority and document roaming. A signed document stays valid beyond the company's own perimeter.
Operational transparency
Service status, incidents and scheduled maintenance are published openly. Uptime history is visible without contacting support.
Open interfaces
Every product has an API and 1C integration. The platform fits into your existing landscape instead of replacing it.
Local expertise
The team is based in Astana and knows the regulatory requirements. Data stays within the environment agreed with the client.
Products with their own websites
Each product can be explored on its own, with a dedicated site describing its features. All of them run on a shared foundation.
How the products work together
The products aren't stitched together with after-the-fact integrations: they were built from day one on shared accounts, directories and signatures.
- A3 MeetA meeting with a partner, with minutes captured right in the call

- Kazakhstan
- Russia
- Kyrgyzstan
- Uzbekistan
- Mongolia
The interface is available in six languages: Russian, English, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek and Mongolian.
