Every industry has its own processes, documents and constraints: a lending pipeline at a microfinance organization works differently from construction procurement or courier routing. When the team understands these specifics, less time goes into explanations, and the solution reflects how employees and customers actually work from day one.

Process analysis

We study how work is done today: roles, documents, systems and bottlenecks. We capture requirements and decide what to automate first.

Architecture and prototype

We design the architecture, integration map and data model. We build a UX prototype of key scenarios and validate it with users before development starts.

Iterative development and integrations

We develop in short iterations and demo results regularly. In parallel, we connect 1C, banks, ERP and other systems and test data exchange on real scenarios.

Launch, training and support

We migrate data, launch the system, train staff and prepare documentation. After launch, we support the product, fix issues and extend functionality.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with industries not on this list?
Yes. The list covers areas where tasks recur most often. If your industry is not there, we start with process analysis: our approach to CRM, ERP, integrations and automation is largely universal, and we will learn the specifics together with your team.
Can a new system be integrated with 1C or our existing ERP?
Yes, integrations are one of our core areas. We connect 1C, ERP, banks, payment systems, marketplaces, EDM, Bitrix24, amoCRM and other services via API, or via file exchange when no API is available.
Who owns the source code?
Code ownership and the transfer procedure are set out in the contract. As a rule, once the work is paid for, the client receives the source code, access credentials and documentation.
Can companies from Russia and Kazakhstan sign a contract with you?
Yes. We have a legal entity in Kazakhstan (Astana) and a sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) in Russia, so you can contract with whichever party suits you.
What happens after launch?
We offer technical support and product development: monitoring, bug fixes, updates and enhancements as your business needs evolve. The support format and scope are agreed separately.
