Alfateam Referral Program Rules
These rules set out the terms and procedure for participation in the Alfateam referral program. By participating in our referral program, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. General Provisions
1.1.The Alfateam Referral Program (hereinafter, the “Program”) is a program for rewarding participants for attracting new clients who order Alfateam services.
1.2.Any registered Alfateam user who has reached 18 years of age and has accepted these rules may become a Program participant (hereinafter, the “Referrer”).
1.3.A referred user (hereinafter, the “Referral”) is a new client who has registered on the Alfateam platform via the Referrer’s referral link and has been assigned to the Referrer in accordance with Section 4.
1.4.Alfateam reserves the right to change the terms of the Program at any time without prior notice to participants. The current version of the rules is always available on the website.
2. Procedure for Participation in the Program
2.1.To participate in the Program, it is necessary to have an active account on the Alfateam platform and to accept the Program rules in the personal account.
2.2.After accepting the rules, the Referrer receives a unique referral link, which they may distribute by any lawful means.
2.3.It is prohibited to distribute referral links via spam, contextual advertising targeting Alfateam brand queries, misleading advertising, or any other means that violate the law or damage the company’s reputation.
2.4.The Referrer must not present themselves as an official representative of Alfateam or create a false impression of having a special relationship with the company.
3. Reward
3.1.The reward is accrued on each payment received from the Referral for their orders throughout the entire period of the Referral’s cooperation with Alfateam.
3.2.The amount of the reward is a percentage of the payment received, which depends on the Referrer’s level: 4% – basic level; 6% – after the Referrer’s accumulated reward has reached 5 000 USD; 8% – after it has reached 20 000 USD.
3.3.For the purpose of determining the level, the accumulated reward is calculated in the USD equivalent at the exchange rate on the date of accrual. The new percentage applies to payments received after the transition to the level; previously accrued rewards are not recalculated.
3.4.The reward is credited to the Referrer’s internal balance in the currency of the order after the payment has been received by Alfateam. Accruals and the current level are displayed in the personal account.
3.5.Withdrawal of funds is carried out upon a request submitted in the personal account, in the currency of the respective balance: to the bank details of an individual or to the settlement account of a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur. Requests are processed manually; the status of the request is displayed in the personal account. Alfateam has the right to request the information necessary to make the payout.
4. Terms of Referral Attribution
4.1.A Referral is assigned to a Referrer upon registration on the Alfateam platform (or upon first login to the account) after following the referral link. The referral link code is stored in the user’s browser for 90 days from the moment the link is followed.
4.2.If a user has followed referral links of different Referrers, the first click is counted.
4.3.The assignment of a Referral is perpetual: an assigned Referral cannot be reassigned to another Referrer.
4.4.Only a new client may become a Referral, that is, a user who has no orders with Alfateam at the time of assignment.
4.5.You may not become your own Referral or the Referral of your Referral, including by using additional accounts or other methods of circumventing the rules.
5. Taxation
5.1.The Referrer is solely responsible for paying all applicable taxes on the reward received in accordance with the legislation of their country of residence.
5.2.Alfateam does not act as a tax agent and does not withhold taxes from the reward paid, unless otherwise provided by law.
6. Restrictions and Prohibitions
6.1.It is prohibited to use methods for promoting referral links that violate the law or the rules of the platforms on which the advertising is placed.
6.2.It is prohibited to use misleading information, false promises or exaggerated claims about the potential reward.
6.3.It is prohibited to create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining a referral reward.
6.4.Alfateam reserves the right to refuse payment of the reward if fraudulent actions or violations of the Program rules are detected.
7. Termination of Participation
7.1.Alfateam has the right to unilaterally restrict participation in the Program for a certain period or to exclude a participant from the Program in the event of a violation of these rules or the terms of use of the platform. For the duration of the restriction, withdrawal of funds is suspended; the reason for and the duration of the restriction are displayed in the personal account.
7.2.A participant may terminate participation in the Program at any time by contacting the support service.
7.3.Upon termination of participation, rewards that have been accrued but not paid out are retained and may be withdrawn in accordance with the Program rules.
8. Confidentiality
8.1.Alfateam processes the personal data of Program participants in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.
8.2.The Program participant consents to the processing of personal data necessary for participation in the Program and for receiving rewards.
