About the project

Absolut House is a company that builds turnkey private houses and townhouses. We created a landing page for it: a single long page that takes visitors from the first impression to a clear understanding of what exactly they will get, how much it costs and how the work will be organized.

The challenge

Building a house is one of the biggest decisions in life, and people come to a site like this with plenty of questions: what does "turnkey" include, can they choose a ready-made design, how can they pay for construction, what will the house be built from. We needed to answer these questions one by one, without overload, while keeping the feel of a calm, premium product — which is exactly what a modern country house is.

The first screen

The page opens with a full-screen photo of a house with panoramic glazing surrounded by greenery. On top of it sits the main message, "We build turnkey private houses and townhouses all over Russia", with the subheading "Leave all the worries to us". The header has only three menu items — "About", "Services", "Projects" — and a phone number, and the only button on the screen leads to the project catalog. We deliberately didn't add forms or banners here: the job of the first screen is to show what kind of houses the company builds.

What "turnkey" includes

The next block breaks the service down into four parts: house design, construction, finishing, and purchase and installation of furniture. Each one is shown with a large photo — from a finished facade and a construction site to living room interiors. Above the cards there is a guide price per square meter, so visitors immediately get a sense of the budget.

Next comes the project catalog on a dark green background with an offer to get a design for free: choose a ready-made one or order a custom one. All cards follow the same structure: a photo of the house, number of floors, project code (B-109, C-116, A-110), dimensions and floor area. The catalog scrolls horizontally, and the "View all projects" link leads to the full list.

Mortgage and work stages

A separate block is dedicated to construction mortgages: the interest rate, down payment, term, and minimum and maximum loan amount are presented as four short figures with icons. Below it is the "Work stages" diagram: introductory meeting, cost estimate, contract, delivery of materials, foundation, walls and roof. The stages are connected with dotted arrows, so the path from the first meeting to the finished shell of the house reads as a step-by-step plan.

Guarantees and materials

The final part addresses the question of trust. First comes a grid of nine points about what the client gets: a full set of documents, a construction contract, a guarantee on structures and work, help with legal matters and mortgage approval, and an interior design project as a gift. Then comes the "Durable, high-quality materials" block, which states what each element of the house is made of: foundation, walls, partitions, roofing, windows, heating, underfloor heating. Each item is accompanied by a simple line icon in the brand's green color.

The result

The landing page follows the order in which people's questions about construction arise: what the house will be like, what the price includes, which designs they can choose from, how to pay, how the work will proceed and what everything will be made of. A restrained palette of white and deep green together with large photos keeps the visual level high, while short blocks with icons let visitors quickly find the information they need without reading long texts.
