Objective

The project objective was to create a convenient cloud tool that makes it possible to:

• automate trading processes and warehouse accounting,
• control goods, finances and sales,
• analyze data on stock, revenue and efficiency,
• work with the customer base and bonus programs,
• make business management easier via mobile devices.

Project stages

Analysis

The accounting automation needs of retail and wholesale businesses were analyzed: entering stock balances, sales/receipt operations, integration with cash register systems, reporting and data analytics.

Design

An interface was developed with a focus on simple and fast access to the core functions: product catalog, accounting documents, reports, data search and filtering, and work with customers and discounts.

Development and testing

The system was implemented as a cloud solution with web access, support for Android and iOS apps, and integration with online cash registers and barcode scanners. Testing covered overall stability, synchronization and correctness of operations.
