About the project

This is a mobile app for international business events in the EAEU format: a participant sees a list of upcoming and past events, opens an event page and finds all the information they need in it — date, location, venue, description and program.

The challenge

At a business event, a participant needs quick answers to simple questions: when, where, what's on the program. Usually this information is scattered across emails, PDF files and organizers' websites. We had to bring it together in one app and make it easy to navigate right during the event.

Event list

The main screen is a list of events with an “Upcoming / Past” switch. Each card has a photo, a title and three lines with icons: dates, city, and venue with address. An “Add event” button is pinned to the bottom. A strict dark blue palette and large typography match the business nature of the events.

Event page

The page opens with the title and a block of key facts: date, location and venue. The same template works for in-person and online events — for a video conference, the venue field simply says Zoom. Below is a horizontal tab bar with icons: about the event, program and other sections. The active tab expands with a label while the others stay as compact icons, so the bar doesn't overload the screen.

The “About the event” tab holds a photo and a description of the event. In the mockup, it's Eurasian Business Practice 2025, a practice-oriented seminar.

Program

The program is laid out as a three-column table: number, program block and time. Master classes, the closing panel and the certificate ceremony follow one another, and a participant can check at any moment what's happening now and what comes next. The header with the date, city and venue stays above the tabs, so the event context is never lost.

Result

We designed a simple event guide app: an event list split into upcoming and past, a single page template for in-person and online formats, and a program that is easy to view on a phone right at the venue.
