Objective

The project objective was to create an intuitive app that makes it possible to:

• conveniently browse the range of gifts and flowers;
• quickly place orders with delivery to a selected city;
• provide secure and convenient online payment;
• maintain communication between buyer and seller;
• give users the ability to receive and send gifts with minimal effort.

Project stages

Analysis

User needs when ordering gifts online, purchase scenarios for various holidays and events, as well as UX best practices in e-commerce and marketplace apps were analyzed.

Design

A visually appealing interface was developed with a focus on convenient product selection: filters by category (flowers, gifts, cakes), product photos, seller ratings and a clear checkout process.

Development and testing

Mobile apps for iOS and Android, payment and delivery system integration, a rating and review system, personalized offers and a bonus program were implemented. Testing covered stability, UX functions and transaction security.
