Mobile Banking App Concept

About the project

A concept for a mobile banking app and its promotional materials. A single app brings together the balance, transfers, bill payments, cashback, bonuses and a referral program. Visually, the product draws on ethnic motifs: the background of the presentation screens is made up of hand-drawn masks, drums, vessels and animals, and the logo features a lion's head.

The challenge

We needed to show that the full set of everyday financial operations fits into one clear interface, and to prepare marketing screens that explain the app's value in a few seconds. Hence the format: a short statement in large type on the left, and a real app screen in a phone mockup on the right.

Home screen

The first thing users see is their balance on a gradient header, with the three most frequent actions below it: withdraw money from the account, top up a card, and pay for services, internet and utilities. Next to the balance are an avatar with initials and a notifications button.

Further down are the “Cashback” and “Bonuses” promo cards with 3D illustrations, a grid of sections — payments, car rental, financial goals and purchase bonuses — and a banner with a personalized car rental offer. The bottom navigation is reduced to three items: home, support and settings.

On the presentation screen, the home screen is accompanied by a list of the app's features: open an account, exchange currency, send money, shop online, pay bills and book flights.

Cashback

The cashback screen shows progress for the current period: how many of the required payments have already been made and how much has been credited for them. Below the progress bar are two buttons: an explanation of what cashback is and an option to turn the service off. Further down is the accrual history grouped by date — clothing purchases, utility bills, internet, coffee — with the amount returned to the account shown for each transaction.

Referral program

Inviting friends is as straightforward as it gets. At the top are the program terms, followed by two figures: how much the user has already earned and how much they are still expecting to receive. A separate row lists the invitations sent, and at the bottom are a personal code with a copy button and a green “Invite” button. The promo screen for this section breaks the mechanics down into three steps: invite a friend, get a bonus, share the app.

Result

The result is a coherent banking app concept: the balance and key operations on the first screen, cashback with clear progress and history, and a referral program with a one-tap code. The set of presentation screens in a unified visual style is ready to use right away for app store pages, a landing page and advertising.
