Objective

The project objective was to develop a convenient and functional tool for mobile inventory tracking and stock management that makes it possible to:

• maintain a product catalog with descriptions, images and barcodes;
• record receipts, write-offs, sales and purchases;
• monitor stock levels and minimum stock;
• synchronize data between devices;
• manage multiple warehouses and users.

Project stages

Analysis

The needs of small and medium-sized businesses in automating warehouse accounting were analyzed. Particular attention was paid to interface simplicity, speed of operations, offline work and data synchronization between employees.

Design

A minimalist and intuitive interface was developed, focused on quickly adding and editing products, performing operations and viewing reports without unnecessary steps.

Development and testing

The app was built with support for online and offline modes. Testing covered stability, correctness of operation accounting, data synchronization and compatibility with various Android devices.
