Work stages
Analytics
Interviews were held with warehouse and logistics managers, and key processes and tasks requiring automation were identified. Existing solutions were studied and gaps in their functionality were identified.
Design
An interface was developed with an emphasis on convenient data entry and visualization of stock balances. Visual reports and charts make it possible to quickly assess the state of the warehouse.
Development and testing
The backend is implemented in Python using Django, the frontend in Vue.js. Comprehensive business logic testing and load testing were performed to ensure stability with a large number of operations.
Results
Warehouse operation processing time reduced by 40%
Accounting errors reduced by 60%
Simplified integration with bookkeeping
Positive feedback from employees on the convenience of the interface
Client feedback
“InventoryPro has greatly simplified the work of our warehouse. Now we see all stock balances and movements in real time. Thanks to the team for their professionalism and attention to our needs.”
