Objective

The project objective was to create a powerful and visually clear business analytics tool that makes it possible to:

• analyze employee and team performance,
• track trends in the team’s work,
• visualize data for well-founded decisions,
• support strategic planning and process improvement,
• reduce the time spent preparing reports.

Project stages

Analysis

The needs of HR managers, department heads and business owners were analyzed regarding a tool that can combine team performance data, KPIs and visual reports for daily efficiency monitoring.

Design

An interface focused on data visualization was developed: charts, tables, analytical dashboards and report blocks that can be viewed and adapted to the tasks of a specific user.

Development and testing

The app is optimized for Windows via the Microsoft Store. Testing covered the correctness of data processing, stability, interface usability and the visual display of metrics.
