About the project

Parlamenter is a cryptocurrency exchange web service: users swap crypto for rubles to a card or bank account, or for another coin. We designed the service interface: the home page with an exchange calculator and the order page through which payment is made.

Challenge

An exchange is a product where the user sends money and then waits for the result for a while. That is why clarity and a sense of control matter most in the interface: people need to see the rate and amount upfront, know exactly where and how much to send, and understand at any moment what stage their order is at. At the same time, the service needed a memorable identity so it wouldn't look like dozens of identical exchangers.

Home page: exchange from the first screen

The home page skips lengthy introductions: the headline “Fast and secure cryptocurrency exchange”, a short explanation and the calculator right away. Above the form is the current rate with an indicator showing which way it is moving. Two tabs separate the “Crypto → Fiat” and “Crypto → Crypto” scenarios. The user chooses what they give and what they receive, enters the recipient's wallet or card number and clicks “Exchange”.

The service's identity is set by an illustration — a masked superhero holding a bitcoin against a backdrop of flames. Together with the lightning-bolt logo and a dark palette with yellow accents, it makes the brand recognizable. The header contains the “Contacts”, “FAQ” and “Rules” sections and a “Create order” button.

Order page

After creating an order, the user lands on its page showing the order number and status — for example, “Awaiting payment”. The main block is named plainly: “Make the transfer to this address”. The wallet address and amount are placed in separate fields with copy buttons, next to a QR code for paying from a phone. A timer in the corner shows how much time is left for the transfer, and below it the exchange parameters and recipient details are repeated so they can be checked before sending.

Result

We designed an exchange where the user sees the rate and picks the exchange direction right on the home page, then gets an order page with everything needed to pay: the address, amount, QR code, timer and status. A recognizable visual identity sets the service apart from look-alike competitors.
