About the project
Prime Stock Plus is a service for purchasing from overseas manufacturers in the USA, Europe, China and Australia. The client places an order for equipment, and the service handles the work with suppliers and the delivery. We designed the mobile app through which clients create orders and keep track of them.
Challenge
International procurement is a long process with many stages: request processing, payment, shipping, tracking number, delivery. The client needs to know at any moment what stage their order is at and have a quick way to reach the person handling it. Our task was to bring all of this together in a simple app where key information is visible without extra navigation.
Sign-in
The app opens with a screen showing a photo of container trucks and an airplane — the image of international logistics is recognized instantly. Below the name are the slogan “Your bridge to global suppliers” and a short description of the service, followed by a single “Sign in” button.
My orders
The main working section is “My orders”. Each order is a card with a blue header and a checkbox: several orders can be selected and merged via the “Merge orders” dropdown. Inside the card are the tracking number (or the status “Not assigned, awaiting shipment”), the order contents with item names, specifications, brand and country of manufacture, and the price in tenge. A separate field lets the client choose an intermediary among the suppliers.
For each request, the client can open the “Request status” window. It is a vertical timeline with the date and time of each stage: order created, processing, awaiting payment, paid. Below the timeline are the “Track shipment” button and a card of the personal manager with their name and a “Message on WhatsApp” button, so the client can ask a question in a familiar messenger.
Notifications
Every change in order status arrives in the “Notifications” section. A counter next to the heading shows the number of new messages, and the “All”, “Read” and “Unread” filters help sort the list. An unread notification is highlighted with a background color and a dot. The bottom navigation bar provides quick access to the home screen, orders, order creation and the list of partners.
Result
The app gives the client a clear picture of each purchase: what was ordered, from whom, at what price, at what stage, and who is responsible for it. Statuses, tracking numbers and notifications are collected in one place, and contacting the manager takes a single tap. The strict blue-and-white palette supports the business character of the service.
