Create a convenient and flexible tool that allows HR specialists and managers to evaluate staff without cumbersome Excel spreadsheets or external platforms. The main focus is simplicity, adaptability and visualization of competency development.

Analytics

Interviews were held with HR specialists from different industries. Pain points were identified: lack of development visualization, difficulty in tracking progress, low employee engagement in self-assessment. Real cases of staff assessment in teams of 20-100 people were studied.

Design

The interface is focused on simplicity and interactivity. Visual dashboards, development charts and a “competency profile” for each employee and team were implemented.

Development and testing

The application is built on React + NestJS. Support for imports from Excel and HRM systems was added. Testing was carried out in a closed group of companies (accounting, IT company, manufacturing).

Results

87% of employees completed the initial self-assessment within the first week of implementation

The HR department reduced the time for preparing staff reports from 3 days to a few hours
