Task

The main task was to provide information about the clinic's medical services, specialists and capabilities, as well as to offer a convenient way to book an appointment. The website had to adapt easily to different devices and emphasize the clinic's professionalism and trustworthiness. The client also required the website to ensure patient confidentiality and comply with legislation on medical information. In addition, the website had to make content updates easy so that up-to-date changes and information about the clinic's new services or events could be added.

One of the features of the clinic website project is the introduction of an online appointment booking system. Another detail is a section with useful medical information and advice for patients. This helps patients access reliable and up-to-date recommendations on health and disease prevention.

Analytics

We carefully studied the task set by the client and analyzed the website. We identified the key functionality of the website and developed a detailed action plan based on the company's requirements. We structured tasks by priority, which allows us to adapt quickly to different scenarios.

Design

The client provided us with guidelines for applying the clinic's corporate identity. Following the client's instructions and preferences, we created a website design that inspires trust and allows all clients to quickly get used to the various functions of the website.

Development and testing

Based on the original project layout, we developed a structure that takes possible future changes and extensions into account. This allowed us to quickly introduce new features into the service. To increase data processing and page loading speed, we implemented a server request caching system. We also developed a unified design system, which greatly simplified the creation of the necessary components. All changes were thoroughly tested and introduced step by step.
