Creating a transportation app for drivers requires careful analysis of drivers' needs, efficient organization of logistics and a convenient user experience. A list of the features drivers need was developed, including registration, order search, navigation, income and expense tracking, customer ratings and reviews, and more.

We analyzed existing transportation apps and studied their features, strengths and weaknesses. We identified which features and improvements could make the app attractive to drivers.

Design

Creation of prototypes and mockups based on the moodboard and the client's personal wishes

Development and testing

Focus was placed on order processing and prompt responses to customer questions and requests in order to provide a pleasant transportation experience and satisfaction for both customers and drivers.

Features

The ability to view available orders, choose the most suitable ones and accept them. Convenient filtering and sorting of orders by location, distance, price and other parameters. Integration with navigation services that lets drivers optimize routes, avoid traffic jams and deliver cargo or passengers quickly.
