Services

Process automation and data collection

We automate routine staff operations and collect public data — prices, catalogs, publications — in compliance with platform rules and the law. We consolidate data from different sources and deliver it to your CRM, BI and accounting systems.

  • Robotic routine automation
  • Public data only
  • ETL and reports
  • Export to CRM and BI

What the service includes

Robotic process automation (RPA)

Software robots perform repetitive actions: transferring data between systems, filling in forms, generating documents.

Public data monitoring

We collect public prices, catalogs and publications in line with platform rules. Where an official API exists, we use it.

ETL and data consolidation

We combine data from accounting systems, CRMs, files and external sources into a single, clearly structured data store.

Cleansing and normalization

We remove duplicates and bring formats and reference data to a consistent form. The data can be used without manual editing.

Automated reports

Reports are generated and sent out on schedule. Staff get up-to-date figures without assembling spreadsheets by hand.

CRM and BI integration

We deliver results to your CRM, 1C, BI systems and messengers — wherever your team works with them.

How the data pipeline works

Every pipeline goes through the same stages — from choosing sources to monitoring. This keeps data complete, clean and lawfully obtained.

  1. 01
    Stage 1

    Sources and rules

We identify sources, check their terms of use and robots.txt, and choose the official API if one exists.

    • Source registry
    • Collection rules
  2. 02
    Stage 2

    Collection and processing

We set up scheduled collection with a light load on the platforms and process the collected data.

  3. 03
    Stage 3

    Cleansing and normalization

We remove duplicates, match products and reference data, and check data for completeness and accuracy.

    • Cleansing rules
    • Reference data
  4. 04
    Stage 4

    Export to your systems

We deliver data to a data store, CRM, 1C or BI and generate reports on schedule.

    Stage 5

    Monitoring and support

We track errors and source changes and promptly update collectors and scenarios.

Engagement models

Fixed price based on specifications

Best when processes and data sources can be described upfront.

We fix the list of processes, sources and reports. We develop according to the agreed plan and deliver the result after verification on real data.

Dedicated team

Best for companies that need to continuously expand automation and data work.

We assemble a team of developers and a data engineer who automate your processes step by step. The team works within your processes and tools.

Frequently asked questions

Is collecting data from websites legal?
We collect only open, publicly available data — prices, catalogs, publications. Before launch, we check the platform's terms of use and robots.txt, and if the rules prohibit collection, we suggest other sources.
Why do you prefer official APIs?
An official API is the most reliable and proper way to obtain data: it is stable and sanctioned by the platform owner. If an API exists, we use it, and collect from web pages only where this is permitted.
How do you handle personal data?
We don't collect personal data from public sources without a lawful basis. Personal data processing within your systems is designed in line with data protection law.
Doesn't data collection put a load on other websites?
Not if collection is configured properly. We limit request frequency, collect only what's needed and choose low-traffic times.
How is RPA different from integration?
Integration connects systems via APIs, while a robot repeats an employee's actions in the interface. We use RPA where there's no API or integration isn't yet practical.
What happens if a data source changes?
Monitoring will report the error, and we'll update the collector as part of support. We design collectors so that changes in one source don't break the others.
