Services

Integrations with 1C, CRM, banks and marketplaces

We connect accounting systems, CRMs, banks, marketplaces, e-document exchange and government services into a single ecosystem, so data flows automatically and without discrepancies. We design data exchange with load, errors and changes on the external systems' side in mind.

  • 1C, ERP and CRM
  • Banks and payments
  • Kaspi, Wildberries, Ozon
  • Custom APIs and data bus

What the service includes

Audit of current data exchange

We review which systems are already connected, where data is transferred manually and where discrepancies arise. We define the source of truth for each entity.

Data exchange design

We describe data flows, formats, sync frequency and conflict resolution rules. The design is clear to both developers and the business.

Connecting external systems

We integrate 1C, CRMs, banks, payment systems, marketplaces, e-document exchange, telephony and government services via their official APIs and protocols.

Custom API development

We design and document APIs for your systems for partners, mobile apps and internal services.

Data bus and queues

We build an intermediate layer on message queues so systems exchange data reliably and don't depend on each other's availability.

Monitoring and maintenance

We log exchanges, track errors and retry failed requests. We update integrations when external systems change their APIs.

What we connect

Common integration areas. We adapt every connection to your processes, not to a template.

Accounting systems

1C, ERP and warehouse systems — stock, product catalog, documents and settlements.

  • Data exchange with 1C
  • Reference data sync
  • Stock and prices

What you get

  • An integration map describing data flows and formats
  • Working integrations between your systems and external services
  • API and data exchange configuration documentation
  • An exchange log and error notifications
  • Source code and rights to it as set out in the contract
  • Support and integration updates when external systems change

Technologies

  • REST
  • GraphQL
  • SOAP
  • Message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
  • Node.js
  • .NET
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL

Engagement models

Fixed price based on specifications

Best when the systems, data flows and formats are known upfront.

We fix the list of integrations and exchange scenarios. We develop according to the agreed plan and deliver the result after testing on real data.

Dedicated team

Best for companies with many systems and continuously evolving integrations.

We assemble a team responsible for your company's integration layer. The team works within your processes and tools.

Frequently asked questions

Which systems do you work with?
1C and ERP, Bitrix24 and amoCRM, banks and payment systems, the Kaspi, Wildberries and Ozon marketplaces, e-document exchange, telephony and government services. If a system has an API or exchange protocol, it can be connected.
What if a system has no API?
We consider supported options: file exchange, scheduled exports, or direct database access with the system owner's consent. We choose a method that is reliable and doesn't violate the terms of use.
How do you handle exchange errors?
Every exchange is logged, failed requests are retried automatically, and persistent errors trigger notifications. That way problems are visible right away, not during month-end reconciliation.
What happens if an external service changes its API?
We track changes and update the integration as part of support. We build the architecture so that changes to one connection don't affect the others.
Can you improve existing integrations?
Yes. We audit current exchanges, fix errors and discrepancies and, if needed, move integrations to a shared data bus.
How is data protected during exchange?
We use encrypted channels, separate access rights and store keys separately from the code. We design with security and regulatory requirements in mind, working with the client's information security team when needed.
