UX/UI design for digital products

We design interfaces for web services, mobile apps and enterprise systems — from user research to final mockups and a design system. We validate solutions on a prototype before development, so your team builds against clear, agreed-upon scenarios.

  • Prototype before development
  • User research
  • Design system in Figma
  • Design supervision

What the service includes

UX research

User interviews, competitor analysis and a review of business goals. We define which problems the product should solve and for whom.

Prototyping

We build wireframes and a clickable prototype of key scenarios. You can show it to users and investors before development starts.

UI design

Visual screen design that accounts for your brand, accessibility and responsiveness. Mockups for every state — from empty screens to errors.

Design system

A library of components, styles and guidelines in Figma. It speeds up product development and keeps the interface consistent.

Product UX audit

We review your existing interface against scenarios and heuristics to find where users get lost. You get a prioritized list of issues with recommendations.

Mobile app design

Interfaces for iOS and Android that follow platform guidelines. We design gestures, navigation and offline states.

How we design

Each stage ends with concrete artifacts that you approve before we move on. This way decisions are made deliberately, not during front-end development.

  1. 01
    Stage 1

    Research and goals

We dive into the business problem, talk to users and stakeholders, and study competitors and existing data.

    • Product brief and goals
    • User personas
    • Competitor analysis
  2. 02
    Stage 2

    Structure and scenarios

We map the user journey and key scenarios and build the product's information architecture.

    • User flow
    • Screen map
  3. 03
    Stage 3

    Prototype

We create wireframes, then a clickable prototype, and test it with users and your team.

    • Clickable prototype
    • Testing results
  4. 04
    Stage 4

    UI and design system

We develop the visual style and final mockups for all screens and states, and assemble a component library.

    • Screen mockups
    • UI kit
    • Design system
  5. 05
    Stage 5

    Handoff and design supervision

We hand the mockups over to developers, answer their questions and check that the implementation matches the design.

    • Implementation review

Engagement models

Fixed price based on specifications

Best when the scope of work and set of screens are clear upfront.

We fix the scope and deliverables in the contract. Any scope changes are discussed separately and agreed before work begins.

Estimate the project

Dedicated designer

Best when you need design on an ongoing basis, closely aligned with your development team.

The designer works within your processes and tools, takes part in planning and maintains the product's design system.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need design work if the product is already live?
Often, yes. We start with a UX audit: we find where users make mistakes or abandon a scenario and suggest targeted improvements without a full redesign.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
The number of iterations at each stage is fixed in the contract. Since the prototype is approved before UI design, key decisions are made early, and revisions to mockups usually concern details.
Do you hand over the Figma source files?
Yes. Mockups, components and the design system stay with you in a working Figma file, structured so other designers and developers can easily navigate it.
Can you work with our brand guidelines?
Yes. We use your fonts, colors and brand rules and carry them over into interface components. If you don't have brand guidelines, we'll propose a visual style for the product.
Do you provide design without development?
Yes, design can be ordered separately. We'll prepare mockups and specifications that your team or another contractor can work with.
How is the design handed over to developers?
Via Figma, with annotated components, states and spacing, plus scenario descriptions. During development, the designer answers questions and reviews the implementation.
