Can we use our own LMS?
Yes. We'll upload the course to your platform or extend it. If you don't have a platform, we'll suggest an off-the-shelf solution or custom development.
Who prepares the learning content?
Usually it's a joint effort: your experts provide subject-matter expertise, and we handle methodology, structure and packaging. IT topics can be prepared with developers from our team.
Do you create courses for employee training?
Yes. Onboarding, upskilling and training on internal systems. Managers and HR can track employee progress.
How do we know the course is working?
We set outcome criteria at the start, and after launch we collect data on completion, assignment results and feedback. We use it to refine the course after the pilot cohort.
Do you support SCORM?
If needed, we can prepare a SCORM-compliant course for upload to compatible LMSs. We agree on the format at the start, taking your platform into account.
Can the course be updated after launch?
Yes. Content and assignments are edited in the platform, and we plan major curriculum changes together with you. Support terms are agreed separately.
